Tuesday, July 15, 2003 at 7:00 pm, est The lymph nodes that were removed from under Linda's arm on July 1st were found to be cancer-free! Linda had her first chemotherapy treatment yesterday. The actual treatment went well and ended up taking 4 1/2 hours. Afterwards, Linda felt tired and nauseous. Today she received her first white blood cell booster shot. Her white blood cell count will be reevaluated on July 24th. Linda is still planning to go on her long awaited vacation to the Outer Banks in North Carolina later this month. Her next chemotherapy treatment is scheduled for August 4th.
